Electronic CEUK's electronic design capabilities cover a wide range of applications, including the design of firing and weapon interface circuits to control our high reliability safety and arming units, weapon break-up systems and pyromechanisms. Other areas of expertise include automotive electronics (CEUK designed the Daimler Chrysler VeMIS On-Board Computer for HGVs) and equipment for Naval applications including salinometers.

Explosive Explosives engineering is a vital skill set which complements the core engineering skills at CEUK. For over thirty years, CEUK's Engineers have been harnessing the power of energetic materials in a controlled way to produce equipment which have to undertake a single shot action in a reliable way. Propellants are used in pyromechanisms to pull, push, cut, break or generate gas. High explosives are used in warheads and cutting charges as well as components to perform specific functions in explosive trains. |
