Chemring Energetics UK (CEUK) provides through life support to its’ own and third party products; the third party products include those of a number of blue chip defence customers.
The company has developed its’ core competencies to undertake such support including key aspects such as obsolescence resolution; this ability spans energetic materials, mechanical and electrical/electronic components. The company has the ability to assess the ageing characteristics of the energetic materials; key to maximising weapon system availability.
With access to an extensive licensed facility on-shore on the UK mainland, CEUK has the ability to undertake weapon integration, through-life surveillance of weapon systems and, in particular, the energetic sub-systems.
Using other facilities within the Chemring Group, we have the ability for de-militarisation and end of life disposal of ordnance and other systems containing energetic materials.
